If you’re a charity, school, club, workplace or community group, this is where you can enter your team.
REGISTER YOUR CHARITY OR TEAM
This year we promised you, our charities, schools, clubs, workplaces, and community groups, to help find new volunteers to join your teams and help raise vital funds. This is where you can book a slot for your team. We don’t need to know all the names and details for your team members – you are responsible for your own team. We do need to have:
- a named main contact should we need to update you
- how many people you expect to be on your team
- how many children under 14 will join you
- confirmation that children will be supervised by a responsible adult
We will collect this data during the booking process. With your permission we can feature your charity on our upcoming Charity Directory so that others can contact you to join your team. We will let you know as soon as this is available.

— AFFORDABLE REGISTRATION —
As in previous years, we want as many people and teams to take part – and raise the greatest amount possible for your chosen charity. Remember – ALL the funds you raise go directly to your charity, and all the money we raise from ticket sales goes into the Prize Draw fund! You simply book your team place.
VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT
We hope that we will shortly launch a directory of charities for volunteers to choose from and give you a registration invitation to send out to your regular and new volunteers. In the meantime, please continue to manage your volunteers as you have always done. Thank you.

CHECK IN ON THE DAY
Please retain your email confirmation when you have completed your online registration. Please take note of your booking reference – you should add it to your sponsor form and bring it with you. Team leaders will need to register their team presence on the day.
WHEN BOOKING: we will need the name of your charity name, your group leader, the number of people expected to attend. If the numbers of your group change, please let us know the final total of your group when you book in at South Hill Park on the day.
