Whether you are fundraising or just walking for fun, here is all the information you need to make your day a complete success!

THE VENUE
SOUTH HILL PARK ARTS CENTRE
South Hill Park Arts Centre is set in beautiful Green Flag Award Winning parkland south of Bracknell town centre. The large, historic grounds are open to the public and include landscaped gardens, lakes, children’s play areas and woodland, all of which surround the Grade II listed building.
CONVENIENCE
CAR PARKING | TOILET FACILITIES
Free car parking for the whole day is available at South Hill Park. Toilet facilities are available at South Hill Park. For those doing the Forest Trails walk there are also facilities at the Look Out in Swinley Forest.
CATERING
FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS
Hot food and hot and cold drinks are available at South Hill Park, with a special price offer for participants in the Bracknell Together Walk.
CHECK IN ON THE DAY
TIMING
START / FINISH
You can start your walk any time between 9:30 am and 12 noon and should finish no later than 2 pm. There will be marshals along the routes to keep you on track and if you need any help.
REGISTER
CHECK IN
All walkers must check in at the registration desk at the start and finish.
When you check in at the start, we will ask you to confirm your name and the names of any accompanied children under 14 who are walking with you. Team leaders will be asked to confirm the number of walkers in their group.

When you have finished your walk, please come back to the registration desk at South Hill Park, complete a feedback form and collect your Commemorative Certificate.

Follow these steps to make sure you register with us and record your successful walk.
FUNDRAISING
If you are collecting donations online, your or your team leader will be asked to give your best estimate of the amount you expect to collect, the name of the good cause for which you are raising money and the website you are using to collect donations.
If you are using a paper form to collect donations, you must bring it along so that the organisers can verify it and sign it off

CLOTHING AND SAFETY
CLOTHING
Wear comfortable shoes or boots. Depending on the weather forecast, you might want to bring a light waterproof, sun glasses, a sun hat or any other clothing you think is best for you on the day.
Don’t forget to pick up your bottle of water and snack at the start of your walk.
SAFETY AND PETS
Please take appropriate safety precautions, especially when walking on public roads and footpaths.
Please respect all public notices.
Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times.
