The Walk

The Rotary Club of Easthampstead, in partnership with the South Hill Park Trust, is delighted to announce the third Bracknell Together Walk from South Hill Park on Sunday 22 May 2022.

Bracknell Together Walk is a community-based fun walk, with two route options, for people of all ages and abilities, starting and finishing at the iconic South Hill Park mansion at Ringmead, Bracknell.

After all the problems of the pandemic it’s a fantastic opportunity for a little healthy exercise with family and friends in delightful surroundings and a chance to raise money for your favourite good cause. Walkers will receive a complimentary drink and snack, a special offer on food and drink at South Hill Park and a commemorative certificate at the end of the Walk.

All walkers, young and young at heart, can have their face painted at no charge. If you’d like to make a day of it, why not stay on for the afternoon and have something to eat or drink and listen to live music on the South HIll Park Terrace.

Plus, there will be prizes for those charities that make the most impact on the day.

Individuals, families, charity or company teams are all welcome. So why not join us, have a great day out and help your favourite good cause raise money. Even if you just want to do the Bracknell Together Walk for a fun day out, you are very welcome to join us.

We are delighted that we can now offer up to £1000 in cash prizes for teams and individual walkers for their nominated charity.

Prizes of up to £250 will be on offer to the teams or walkers who make the most impact on the Bracknell Together Walk on 22 May 2022.

Prizes will include the team and individual who raises the most money for their charity and the team with the largest number of registered walkers taking part.

Prizes and prize winners will be decided by the Rotary Club of Easthampstead. The decision of the judges is final and will be published on the Club website.

All funds raised by walkers go to their nominated charity. Cheques will be presented to the prize winners at a date after the event.

So, register now. If you ain’t in it, you can’t win it!

Costs of the event are met by registration fees and the organisers. We thank Duncan Yeardley Estate Agents, Grundon Waste Management. Peas and Carrots Caterers, the Village Hotel Bracknell and Cala Homes for their support.

We are hugely grateful to South Hill Park for their support of this event.
